Everytime I come here I am greeted the instant I step in the shop. I have worked in retail before and understand that is good customer service. The store is very well stocked. When I go to the vape section the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Good job, 5 stars from me!

I went on 12/16/2014 to buy liquid for my e-cigarette. Prior to driving down, I called first to ask if they carried liquids for e-cigarettes as I have never been to this shop before. Katie answered the phone and informed me they did indeed carry liquids and also informed me that they made their own liquids as well and that they had won awards for it. When I got to the shop, I walked in and started looking at the wall of liquids. A guy named Howard walked over and asked if he could help me. I said yeah, I wanted to know if they had testers I could try first. He said they did. So I asked if I could check out the juices that they made themselves. He immediately got extremely rude and defensive and said«we dont make juice, another company does». I informed him that I had called and was told they made their own line of juices. He again was extremely rude and said, «no we don’t, the owners son makes them, but it’s a completely different company». He handed me a list to look at. I looked at it for a few seconds, and pretty much just walked out because I was absolutely shocked at the tone he was using. So… I’m not sure what I did to piss this guy off, or why he felt it was necessary to snap back at me for asking to check out the juices they made, but I will never come here again. There was no reason at all to even argue about whether the actual shop made it, or another company made it, and there was no reason for the snippy tone he used. Way to go at losing a customer for life. On the upside, I went down the street to D & A smoke shop, across from the casino and shell gas station. They were more than helpful in letting me check out the flavors, and were extremely friendly. I don’t care how many supposed awards this BJ’s place has earned for their juice, they need a serious lesson in customer service.

Run by 3 or 4 ladies. I’m sorry, they kind of looked like a hooker… I was confused, their attitude kind of remind me of it. But when you talk to them more, they’re not as bad, they were super helpful and friendly. So don’t judge until you talk to them, that’s a friendly reminder lol! Lesson learned. So many tobacco to choose from! I don’t smoke, we were choosing as a gift. There was also weed oil thing, forgot what it was called. A lot of them, we got the watermelon flavor that time, the smell is so nice just the way I like it!
