Came into the store to pick up an item that was on sale. They only had the display model left and after asking if there were some in the back, a employee went and checked.
They ended up not having it and I was given the display model. They took the packaging out and made sure it was in working order
Attention to detail, problem solving and giving the customer what he wants is appreciated

The only place I go now when shopping for shoes, they always have good prices on shoes, and other stuff.
This store is very clean and very friendly and helpful employees, the main drawback to this place is getting out of the parking lot! Specially now with Costco right by it basically.

Pleased with the shoe attendant at Big 5. She helped us search for «Pink soccer cleats». Unfortunately they didn’t have a solid pink. So we settled for black Nike cleats. :) forgot her name but she was very helpful!!:)

Good place to look for some inexpensive sporting goods and outdoor gear. Not the highest quality stuff, but a lot cheaper than shopping at REI. This company has a new circular out every week with a ton of stuff marked down 20−60%, so try to get the goods while they’re on sale!

very nice clean store. I get there e-​mail discounts. get anywhere from 10 to 25% extra off. buy a lot of golf balls here. I loose about six a round and now just starting to play again. fifth time this year. hope I get mote tee times. also great place to but shoes and fishing gear. always has good sales and I like the staff. the gm at this store is a client of mine. I love sales. don’t forget they allow you not to print so if you have a smart phone you can show them your discount and they will take the code off your phone
