Baskin Robbins

The owners are always very friendly. They tell my family and I every time that we could taste all the flavors if we would like. There’s always the same man in the shop but he’s working hard for his money and family and I can appreciate that.

Jeez, some of the reviews on here are really racist! Oh, no! Indian music being played on the stereo! Run for your lives! Oooh, «foreigners» dishing up the scoops! Call the I.N.S. Seriously, people, check your xenophobia at the door, will you?!
Okay, on to my review. I love this location. It’s a short bus ride away for me and/​or my partner. We have stopped in before doing grocery shopping at Safeway or Kmart. The owners, a brother and sister are friendly and always give us the extra big scoops WITHOUT charging us more money! Cool deal! :-)
They’ve never been out of a flavor and they’re wonderful about letting us sample as many flavors as we want. It is very cold in there, even in the summer, but I guess that’s what to expect from an ice cream store!
The only problems I’ve encountered is that brother and sister have really thick accents and sometimes it’s difficult to understand them. That’s not some horrible failing on their part. English is a damn difficult language to learn.
For those of you who are complaining about the prices… guess what, prices are high everywhere! At the mall in Everett, the price for a single scoop is $ 5.00! In Seattle, the same or a bit higher. Gone are the days of the cheap ice cream cone. Get over it.

Old owners are no longer there, first off phone number disconnected, and then you walk in and always just one person now, playing foreign middle eastern music, prices have gone up and the scoops are small, specially compared to previous owners. Find a different baskins!

New owners and this was our second try. Place is clean and the owners attempt to be polite. Feels like a fake polite though.
Prices seem to have been raised. But my biggest complaint is that they’ve lowered the temperature of the freezers. We live less than a mile away, and our double scoops were half melted when we got home. We’ll need to find a new ice cream shop.

I have been here many times in my life and the ice cream is always perfect and i have never had problems with the costumer service. The only reason I am not giving this location five stars in because one day at around noon i was in the parking lot and i decided to glance through the window at and I saw one of the employees dip her finger in the ice cream. I was in such shock and than 2 mins later she did it again. I will never be going back to this basket robins because that is disgusting.

I just totally love this one location. The owners especially the woman is extremely friendly. They are almost never out of any flavor and you get a full serving each and every time. My favorite thing to get is the large chocolate fudge shakes and espressos blasts for the wife. Don’t be fooled there is a difference between the chain stores in quality and particularly service.
