I can only reiterate what they all said except one thing I bought a Groupon for gutter service — but that’s the only difference. They need all new management and a SCHEDULER.

Do NOT purchase any service from this company. Made a huge mistake by buying a groupon from this company in 2011. Was rescheduled and had a no show for 2 years. When they finally did get a hold of me and come to the house was told that my Groupon basically covered 8 windows and would be charged an extra $ 190 dollars. Since I live on the outskirts of Pierce County I would be charged a transportation fee also. I live 10 minutes from Tacoma where they are located. A transportation fee… really?! I told them to take the Groupon voucher and go. I will not pay for another dime from this company. Do your self a huge favor and find another company to do business with.

Is it possible to rate 0 stars? Bought a Groupon, set appointment for 6 MONTHS out. Terrible, but okay. Twice made appointments, twice no one showed up, with no call or explanation – and the second time I called 30 minutes beforehand to ensure their arrival. Nope.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company completely and entirely. I made the mistake of purchasing a deal through Amazon Local. This company said they were booked for 6 months. I finally reached my date and they called me at the end of the time window and said they couldn’t make it. Said they’d come by end of week… ok? Never heard from them, called to reschedule, said they were booked for another 3 months. Told the lady on the phone, um no. So we reset a new date. Took another half day from work to meet them (they confirmed the day before), did not show up.
This company is a sham. I actually don’t think they are even a legit local company. When you call they ask what zip code you are calling from… I tell em, Tacoma !!
JUST AVOID AVOID AVOID. thankful I got my refund, what a mistake on my part! Saw all of the other reviews as well… aye.

I wonder if this business really exists. I prepaid for them to come to my house, and no one showed up. I left several voice mails, but no one ever responded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I’ve already filed complaints with BBB and Attorney General.
