The owner is a kind lady who graduated from SU a while ago with a Masters degree. As an ethnically Chinese American, I can say that their eggrolls are great — and I’m glad it’s their specialty. I strongly suggest you get the curry chicken. It was savory and adequately spiced, but could use a bit more salt. Having raisins in there might seem odd, but the sweetness did the savory a favor. The eggroll skin was thicker thn usual, but it lended to the filling inside. It was deep fried so well that the bubbling lended to its appealing texture. 8⁄10 The dessert eggroll, the peach-mango I enjoyed very much. It was sweet, and with powdered sugar on top. I had no idea eggrolls could be turned into dessert. This tastes like probably what you imagine it to be. 8⁄10 I was also given a sample of the chicken wings with homemade sauce. It’s a sweet-and-sour sauce with a hint of spice that’s reminiscent to the smell of Sriracha. The sauce is her own recipe, and it serves as this sort of glaze that wraps the deep fried chicken wings. They are fried well, the fried skin is hearty, and the white meat inside is piping hot and juicy. 7⁄10
