Service is inconsistent but mostly bad. The owner hires young kids to run her restaurant and they have run it into the ground. The phone rings and they purposely don’t pick it up. Sometimes they pick up and state that they are closed or no longer delivering, despite calling well before posted closing time. Staff is so busy socializing that they fail to properly make food and are always out of something, even slices!
The 3 stars is for the food because it usually good… if you actually get what you ordered!

The pizza is superb but the wings are always soggy even though I always ask for extra crispy. I’ve tolerated the wings because of the pizza quality and the proximity to my home. Tonight the cashier told the guy in front of me that «on Fridays (they) sell a lot of wings so the fryers are pretty full. But, if you ask for extra crispy you’ll get them». That was an absolute untruth. My wings needed to be baked at home to achieve edibility. The place is usually busy and everything –other than wings– has been average or better.

Delicious chicken wing pizza. I mean the top 3 chicken wing pizzas I’ve ever had. They have a «famous chicken tender sub» I tried it with hot sauce lettuce tomato and blue cheese. It was just decent. Not good enough to denote the «famous «title we thought. Maybe I caught them on a bad day though. They were pretty busy. I love 2 minutes away and When we got home it didn’t taste fresh or hot. Maybe I’ll give it another chance but again that chicken wing pizza is on point.

This place had great pizza and subs! Easily one of the best I’ve had in Syracuse. However, I have never gone to a place that has had worse customer service. When I call they take more than minute to answer the phone and they always sound irritated. Also, I have to dial the number at least twice before someone answers. Though, I’ve never had a problem with their delivery people. They’re efficient and friendly. I think they would win me over 100% if they took care of their customers a little better.

service sucks, went here and the cashier stole the money and stated that the card declined (drove home to find this one out), asked for refund and manger told us comeback the next day. Recorded the entire conversation on YouTube. As I’m leaving the restaurant the punk skinny cook/​slash waiter mumbled don’t disturb our customers, at that point felt violated and wanted to tear him a new one but he hid behind he counter like a coward, any how waited on the cops 20 – 30 min later out comes some other guy who hands us the 40 bucks and states don’t come back, I don’t think they have any thing to worry about in that department, menu a joke, wish this thing had no star status! Excuses the bad spelling their not even worth spell checkk!

Honestly one of the best pizza/​deli stops in Syracuse. The pizza is fantastic and the subs are great. There’s never been a time when I left disappointed. This is a great spot.

Easily the best pizza in Syracuse. Chicken Wing Pizza is A#1. Go there and ask Matt, or Justin to make it. Chicken tender subs are a must. Honestly… there isn’t a bad item on the menu. Prices are reasonable, and owners are sweet. If you’re looking for a great bite to eat, and a new favorite pizza place, eat here.
