I have shopped at this Tops frequently since it is close to my house. Usually I get what I need and get out no problems. Yesterday I decided to get a sub for dinner at 630pm. Went to Tops and the girl behind the sub counter was mopping and trying not to make eye contact with me. Finally the guy from the cold cuts counter asked if I needed help. I asked for a sub. He yelled to the mopping girl «can she still get a sub?» Girl answers back «no we close at 7.» And remember this was at 630pm. Ugh. Annoyed. Complete lack of customer service.
Though I do give mad props to the bakery, all their stuff is great!

I just came back from this location and enjoyed it. It is Syracuse Orange themed and had plenty of Syracuse stuff. They have a Cuse Café, their frozen food section is a Syracuse basketball court (with actual baskets) and even their deli offered Otto designs. I did not notice any cleanliness issues and in general enjoyed my visit.

I was legitimately skeeved out when I walked in. There was an odd smell in the place, the shelves were somewhat unordered and I got out of there and went to Wegmans instead after five minutes of wandering around.
