It’s really bad how much this dealership discriminates against age. After searching around for many cars I was set that I wanted a Dodge Charger and had intentions on buying same day, cash in hand. I’m guessing my age(21) had a lot to do with it. I spent over 45 minutes in the showroom waiting to be assisted, keep in mind this is a Wednesday night, so not busy at all. Salesmen walked by me multiple times without saying a word and finally when I told them what I wanted the general sales manager Doug Jean asked«You can’t even afford that.» Well that just lost your sales and sales from all my family members and friends. I will no longer recommend this dealership to anyone with the way I was treated. Yeah I may be young, but I’m a software designer making way more than everyone that works there does. A dealer that bases sales off of first impressions is not one you want to deal with. Stay clear from this dealership. Ended up going to Auburn, where they assisted me right away and got me in a new car within an hour.

Horrible service! Could not fix Dodge Sprinter van after several visits while still under warranty! Vehicle always had grease footprints inside after service. Lame excuses. Had to take it to a different dealer and then it got repaired.
