We stayed at the Parkview and I could smell the coffee brewing from our room. It was a convenient walk down the hall to get a cup of pretty good coffee and entirely adequate breakfast sandwiches. The restaurant is more of a café, with ordering at the bar and delivery to your table.
The space is pleasant, with a view of the street and park; clean and quiet. Lots of space at the tables to work or read the paper.
All in all, very serviceable for a utilitarian breakfast.
