There are a few things to be said about this Starbucks location, both positive and not-so-positive. First, the positives. This store was very nicely stocked with both their retail cups and their food cases. Everything looked appealing and delicious to eat. The person on register who helped me was very nice, and, upon asking for my ID(I am a Starbucks employee trying to pick up my weekly free coffee), noticed I was from Hawaii and took time to connect with me through that. My latte came out in a timely fashion and my plain bagel was delicious. She also wrote my name correctly! In the continental U.S., especially the east coast, my name usually becomes Lena, Leena, or Neena. What holds my rating back at a three-star was partly a result of how disorganized the team was. They had four people(at least) on the floor and employees could not figure out who was doing what task(i.e. Who was the main ringer, the main pastry-getter), which made the ringing process take much longer than it needed to. I had also asked for caramel sauce in my latte, but the girl ringing was too busy shuffling her cups(from the other ringer) to the bar to hear me. Their pastry case, while nice, had two or more flies hanging out by their oatmeal display as well. As a Starbucks employee, I also notice the way they work behind the bar. Starbucks has the«Quality Assurance Standards Assessment», or QASA for short, which boils down to being our food safety checks that come with standards and guidelines to maintain Starbucks-standard cleanliness(which, when followed, should be immaculate). As a customer looking in, I saw that bar partners were not using their wiping rags to clean their steam wand after each use — a practice that keeps the steam wand from crusting up and overheating and putting curdled milk into your lattes. They also left milk containers out of the fridge for long periods of time, which leaves milk vulnerable to bacteria, something QASA cracks down on pretty hard. These aren’t just things our food safety people«nit-pick», these are real and easily preventable health concerns that can lead to food poisoning. In summary, I would come back to this location but I’d be very wary of what I order and how they make it. I’d think twice about my lattes next time around.

Don’t order from the blonde chick! She wiped her nose with a tissue and then proceeded to wipe a drink. It happened right in front of me, full view!!!

Good Starbucks, in Destiny USA shopping center. Baristas are friendly, but the space is pretty small and its hard at times to find a seat in the food court.

It’s very tiny in here, which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Whenever I’ve gone, there’s always a line so it’s not fun to be so cramped. But what makes it 4 stars is how fast it is. There’s a small Starbucks at my campus that’s about the same size and there’s never anyone in line, yet they take much longer. Once I’m through the line and I decide, order and pay, I only have to wait like a second for my name to be called.

Such fast service. I absolutely loveeeeee fast service! The interior is a bit cramped, but it doesn’t matter because there’s never a line. I agree with everything Rachel said. There is a full menu, and the location is small, but the baristas are so nice and friendly. By the time you’re done paying for your drink they’re done! I’ve had the ice coffee here twice with two different people making it, and they definitely make it a bit sweeter than most other locations; just a heads up.

Best place to power up mid-shopping trip. While it’s physically smaller than most Starbucks locations and there’s not much of any seating inside the actual store(there are two or three bar seats), it does offer a full menu as well as a range of Starbucks mugs and other products. And astonishingly, I’ve never ever had a rude barista at this location.
