Overpriced and Understaffed. I went to Revolutions for the first time on Monday and I was not impressed. They seemed to be busy due to the President’s Day holiday and school break. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to bowl two games which only took us an hour to play. We were told after a long wait just to put our name on the list that we would be called in and hour or an hour and a half when our lane would be ready. We never got a call. The woman working the desk was seemed to be the only person working and doing many jobs. From reservations, shoes, lane assignments, cleaning and checking on available lanes. I used the bathroom and found it to be disgusting. The first stall I opened had puke everywhere. The next three stalls hadn’t been flushed, over stuffed with toilet paper, pee on the seat and paper all over the ground. I reported this to the bartender. She informed a staff member who seemed to me off the clock but lingering around. He did nothing. Now at the bar, we ordered our drinks. The bartender had to go to the other bar to get supplies which was on the completely other side of the room. We waited 10 minutes to get drinks but there wasn’t anyone in front of us or even at the bar. We didn’t get visited by the lane waitress until we were in the middle of our first game. She told us since we were a small party it wasn’t require for her to service us. Really? We bowled our two games. I noticed lanes around us were empty and some where even broken. Is this why we waiting so long due to broken equipment and understaffing? When we were leaving, I noticed piles of used dirty bowling shoes on the check-in counter. Good thing I brought my own! Completely disappointed and would not recommend this place for bowling. Go to one of the local spots for dollar mania. Much cheaper all around and supports local business!
