Perrone came on time, and fixed what I feared would be a MAJOR repair in one hour and for less than $ 200. Can’t ask for more!

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve called this company/​these companies for help in either HVAC or plumbing situations — emergencies, remodeling, standard maintenance. My line in recommending them now is simply, «They’ve kept me warm and dry for years.»
Suzanne DeFuria, the owner, is scrupulous about being up-​to-​date with her equipment, the condition of her trucks and installation. She has never hesitated to tell me, when needed, «No, you don’t really need that, do this instead.» Her workers always have been prompt, efficient and clean (oh, those little footie things!).
This is an unqualified recommendation. Definitely 5 stars.
