One of the rudest doctor’s offices I have ever experienced. Bridgett (the Office Manager) is very nasty. If you have an after office problem and call and they transfer you to her, just hang up because she will say «I don’t have time for this» and hang up on you. The receptionist will not take messages if no medical or nursing assistant are available. Dr. Eric Edelman is very snippy and talks down to you like you’re a child. From top to bottom it is the most uncaring and unfriendly staff in the history of doctor’s offices. They need some education on customer service. I have never experienced such rude people in my life. Leave this office as your last resort. Do not go here.
