Return policy requires a $ 100 mattress cover purchase and then an additional $ 100 return delivery fee. In addition to that your credit cannot be used towards any sale items. Overall my experience was extremely negative here.

I don’t think this is a customer service Mecca or a super quality store. Upon entering I was shown several floor model mattresses with the coil counts I was looking for. The store is cramped and the two sales people actually took turns coming out from behind their sales desk so as not to block the narrow aisles. I’d say it’s one step up from fire hazard. I wasn’t thrilled about the mattress, so I took the information I was given to comparison shop. I’m not saying I was lied to here, because I certainly wasn’t, but certain aspects of the mattresses were omitted. There were a high coil count of unwrapped springs so you’d basically feel everything through the cover. Not at all what I was looking for, but since I stopped and researched a little on my own, I discovered what the salesman omitted. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I wouldn’t shop here again. So so products sold by tepid staff.

My fiancé and I decided to try this place, even though the Metro Mattress on Erie was a major disappointment and customer service fail. SOGLAD we decided to give this one a chance. As soon as we stepped in the door, a sales rep was immediately by our side to greet us, and cheerily too, not with a scowl like at the other place. We were immediately shown some mattresses in our price range and quickly settled on one we liked. The two sales reps were with us the whole time, showing us different models, asking us to try them, doing what I’d expect any self-respecting sales rep to do. And, when we were ready and feeling confident about buying, they were quick to offer us awesome deals, quick next day delivery, and were even kind enough to allow us some space to talk and think it over, before we finally signed the papers and paid for the mattress package. To the reps at Erie: this is what you’re SUPPOSED to do. This is how transactions go if you treat your customers with respect and courtesy, they end up buying a mattress, box spring, and frame, and are happy to do so! Seriously, it is the best sleep we’ve ever gotten, and I still can’t believe we OWN it(we’re used to getting good nights of sleep when we travel and stay in hotels, haha). Ken and Ralph got us set up with a real nice quality mattress that we will most likely love for life. We had a little trouble with our next-day delivery(they told us they came, but they clearly didn’t, and we had to do a lot of work on our own to track down someone to deliver it at the time they promised), but that was our only major complaint. Luckily the delivery was free, or we would have been far less pleased.
