One of the worst and most unprofessional hair experiences I’ve ever had. I usually pay a bit more to have my hair done so I know it’s going to be good but I was on a tight budget this month so I just decided to suck it up and go someplace cheap. Bad decision.
The atmosphere isn’t welcoming at all and there is not even a place to hang your coat. I made it quite clear that all I wanted was a simple trim but the woman kept trying to convince me to get highlights. After I finally made it clear I wasn’t going to get highlights she told me I should get my eyebrows waxed. It was a little uncomfortable the way she was trying to push extra services on me.
The entire trim lasted about 1 minute. Seriously. She just trimed straight across the bottom of my hair. That was it. I have longer side swept bangs and she didn’t even touch them. The blow dry experience was horrible and even painful. She pulled and tugged on my hair so much I had tears in my eyes. She finished drying and my hair still had the horrible wind blown look and she said «OK you finish it». Really. She told me to finish it myself. I looked at her in disbelief and she said «just shake your head and run your fingers through it.»
I could not get out of that place fast enough and I definitly will not be going back. I will admit though that the haircut is not the worst cut I’ve ever had, but the service sure was.

What did I expect when I walked into a Mastercuts at the mall?
So I was rushing around town and wanted a trim so desperately I got it here. It’s fine really, after it’s styled (before that, whoa, horrible.)
It was cheap and Ray was generous with the complements. I was the only adult client there the whole time my hair was getting it’s work done.
