I am a Syracuse grad who lives in Chicago now. With Syracuse having a good season and on their way to play DePaul, I thought I would order a brand new Syracuse shirt to show off at the game. I remember Manny’s from my days at Syracuse, so I went to their website to order a shirt. I selected one medium orange Syracuse shirt and typed in all my info to have it shipped to my house in Chicago. This was on a Friday afternoon.
Flash forward to the following Wednesday morning when I receive an email to notify me that the item I ordered 5 days ago was not in stock and my order was canceled. It took them a whole five days to find out that my one shirt was not in stock! There was nothing on the website to indicate the item was out of stock, but if they notified me within 24 hours of placing the order I could have ordered another shit. Unfortunately, the SU-​DePaul game was on that Saturday, so I had no time to place another order.
I sent an email to Manny’s Online telling them how there was no indication on the website that I was ordering an out of stock item and how it shouldn’t take five days to tell a customer that an item is out of stock. Of course they never bothered to respond to this email and apologize to me for taking such a long time to tell me my item was out of stock. I guess Manny’s really doesn’t care about their online customers. That’s fine with me because when Syracuse wins the NCAA Tournament this year, I plan on buying all my SU championship merchandise from another store.

This is where I always go to get SU apparel. The staff there are always friendly and helpful, and the selection is good — I particularly like the women’s shirts. Much prefer Manny’s to other local, comparable establishments. Five stars because every single time I go there and ask the staff to help me choose, I have a good experience and leave happy with my purchase.
