Hallelujah! Finally, a great cup of coffee in downtown Syracuse, IN.(No espresso, but they have delicious iced coffee(add maple syrup when they ask) and regular coffee. Last week they were brewing Madcap Coffee from Grand Rapids. The owners did a terrific job restoring this place with beautiful wood floors and bright, white(and tall) ceilings. A very inviting place to enjoy a breakfast acai bowl or a lunch salad. Their pastry selection also looked top notch. I look forward to ordering one of their cheese and charcuterie boards to-go for a trip to the sandbar!

This place is nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly where you are greeted with a warm smile every time! The food is beyond tasty, healthy and super creative concoctions each and every day with a gourmet twist! The meat and cheese selection is very unique as well! The coffee some of the best and most flavorful I have ever tasted with a nice kick to start your day! The food and pastry selection is new and fresh daily which makes for new fun and taste worthy adventures. I am extremely impressed with this new spot and am so pleased to have a place I can go and enjoy! Thanks again Jeff and Sara

Can’t decide if I’m lucky or blessed to have found this place in the absolute least likely of places(no offense to Syrcacuse, IN which is a lovely town, I’m actually here for a friend’s wedding). This little grocery and sandwich shop reminds me of Wildwood Market in Indianapolis — an incredible compliment in my book. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and were treated to a delicious soba noodle salad and top-notch sandwiches(including an outstanding«Italian Stallion», I wish I could remember exactly what was on it). These were sandwiches which would have been worth stopping in for anywhere and they were having me wish we lived nearer by in order to check out some of their other offerings(which change daily, if the menu posted is any indication). Other noteworthy highlights included Smoking Goose and Trader’s Point Creamery products in the fridges, local produce and bakery and cheese cases that I sadly didn’t have a chance to take advantage of(this time…). I’m only in the area for a couple more days but I don’t plan to go out anywhere else while I’m here.

I was visiting Syracuse from Chicago, and I was surprised to find this new gem. The sandwiches were delicious and so was the salad! Flavorful, high-quality ingredients and a cool little deli/market make this definitely worth the visit!

We frequent the Market as often as possible. The ‘take & go’ dinners are perfect for those lacking in cooking skills(me). The daily soup & sandwich specials are alway amazing. Everything is ridiculously flavorful & fresh, and I love all the gluten free options! The coffee is buzzworthy. If you haven’t been, check it out. You’ll fall in love. *A huge addition to the Syracuse/Wawasee area.

This was my first visit to M the Market and they exceeded my expectations. I had a ham and apple onion sandwich on focaccia bread and a cookie. The sandwich was perfection — fresh bread, lovely roasted ham slices, a smoked cheese and an onion concoction that I’m guessing utilized apple as an ingredient(hence the sandwich name). The combo was divine — not too much or too little of any one thing. The cookie was great, no complaints, but the sandwich was so good I wish I’d bought two. The staff is super friendly and the shop is delightful. It’s full of surprising food offerings that I haven’t seen anywhere else. What a gem! It seems they prepare a certain amount of fresh sandwiches and soups each day and when they run out, that’s it. Plan an early lunch for the greatest variety.
