This place accepts cash only but they do have an ATM their food is homemade and amazing big portions for the right price. I go there a lot and their food is great.

Last night I went here with a friend who lives off Court Street and I was amazed. I ordered the home style chicken with the sausage gravy and while I waited looked at the amazing beer selections. You don’t see this kind of selection in small stores such as this in Syracuse. Microbrews from the west coast and elsewhere, as well as the usual suspects. When I got my food home, the amazement continued. Delicious, as good as any fancy type american food diner or suchlike. My friend also raved about his chicken dish and mentioned how he was a regular there and never was disappointed. Only drawback, cash only. But there is a money machine for customers. Delicious, inexpensive food from an unlikely source. Bravo

This surprise hole in the wall has some of the best food at the best prices. Just had giant fried ravioli with meatballs. Delicious and filled with cheese! Honestly, my parents really only eat from here and every time they do, there’s enough leftovers for a few days. Really good!

Lucky 7 is a well-hidden secret among the Northsiders. It looks like a plain grocery story. The hidden treasure is in the back(on your right hand side) of the store. There, you would find a board telling you what hot foods they are serving that day. The menus change daily. The dinner entrees are between $ 5 — $ 7(enough for two people to share). We get take outs from Lucky 7 often. The pork chops and beef tip noodles are very good. The other night, the owner was bragging about this«California chicken» dish so he brought home two big containers of it. It has big chucks of chicken, portebella mushroom, just enough sun-dried tomatoes and penne pasta(firm, not over cooked) in a creamy Alfredo sauce. It was a truly creamy sauce made with butter and cream, not corn starch. I am not big on pasta but I could not have enough of it. It was sooooo delicious. Lucky 7 also makes soups daily and gives you big sandwiches. The good stuff gets sold out before 7pm. For those of you who like beer, it carries variety of bottled beer — even some that are hard to find elsewhere. It is a place for great food at an exceptional price. They accept cash only.
