Dr Morason and the staff at Lasik MD have truly changed my life, I am in love with my new eyes! I always knew that I might eventually want to have eye surgery to fix my horrible vision, and I finally did it. It has only been two days and I can tell you already that it was worth every penny. I went for my consult about a month ago, and after finding out that I was a candidate, I really didn’t have to think much about it… I knew I was getting it. I did do some research before on this location, and between google and word of mouth I heard all good news. The techs I met with both on the day of my consult and surgery, Eric and Lynn(I believe?), were both so wonderful and thorough while explaining everything. Everyone that was encountered in that office was pleasant. Dr Morason was fantastic! Very nice guy who answers all of your questions, and has a soothing voice(which helps when he’s in the middle of lasering your eyeball…) I was relatively nervous the day of surgery, but I was more excited than anything else. I have worn glasses for 18 years(I was 9 years old) and contacts for the past 15 years, so I have some experience with the joys of wearing glasses and contacts… Meaning that they both suck, and I couldn’t stand wearing either of them anymore ;). Two days ago, my prescription was roughly –7.00 in both eyes… I could barely see my own hand in front of my face without any visual assistance. At the current moment I have nearly perfect vision in both eyes(Close enough to perfect!), and they are still in the process of healing so that could also improve :)… And I will never get tired of waking up without having to put my glasses on. Imagine my shock when I sat up from the procedure and could read the clock across the room… One of the best moments. I felt zero pain during the procedure, just some pressure from the suction machine, and Dr Morason talks you through it, so there are no surprises. Yes, it is a very weird procedure and of course terrifying when you really think about it. But I would do it again in a heartbeat, and the procedure itself lasts only a few minutes. I slept for most of the time after getting home, and I am following their instructions and eyedrop schedule exactly. Throughout the whole process so far, there has been an insignificant amount of discomfort… More dryness than pain, I would say. If my eyes regress at any point, they redo it– which is a nice little peace of mind. I truly cannot say enough good things about this. If you have the chance, do it. This is amazing.

I am extremely happy with the service that I got here. Every single person I dealt with was courteous, helpful, and on the ball. I’ve recommended them many times over. I got the Wavefront-guided LASIK, which was pretty pricey, but hey man, they haven’t come up with a process to grow new eyes yet. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Totally satisfied. Got myself Lasik as a graduation present. Did a lot of research into the local offerings, insurance and not. I went with the cheapest option. I paid something like 1300 for the whole affair, which was amazing. That was in 2009; they price matched someone else. Not a single problem since.
