Gee Gee’s

Looking for a place for 9 of us to have dinner. Spoke to Anthony at Gee Gee’s and he invited us to have dinner with him this evening «between 7 – 8 pm» We arrived promptly at 7:00 and were treated to one of the finest dining experiences ever! We started out with calamari which was delightful and «greens and beans» that were the best I’ve ever tasted. The salads were crisp and crunchy and my sister-​in-​law tried to «buy» the house Italian vinaigrette to take home with her. The entrees were amazing! From the 16 oz Delmonico which I could not have prepared better myself to the sole that my wife ordered without the cream sauce, everyone’s entrée was passed around for each other to try. The chicken riggies (rigatoni) were a favorite as was the seafood bouillabaisse. Can’t wait until the next time we visit Gee Gee’s. We did remember to save room for desert. The chocolate cake was outstanding. The lemon pie and the raspberry cheesecake must have been cooked this afternoon. Not even a year old. My new favorate Italian restaurant. I have tried fried calamari most every where, this is the best! No dipping sauce needed. They come doused in sharp cheese and peppers for spice. I had the sea food pasta fantastic only $ 20 well worth it.
Wait staff are very professional, knew the menu and gave excellent advice.
Tried the large meat balls and the chicken riggies are amazing!

My boyfriend and I were in town and looking for a breakfast/​brunch place on Sunday. Any place we went was either packed with a half hour wait, completely deserted and boarded up, or a chain. We stumbled on Gee Gee’s and I’m so glad we did. It was about 11:30 am and we decided to eat in the bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Prices were very reasonable. The food was AMAZING. My boyfriend had «Big Anthony’s Fritata» gigantic Fritata with sausage, pepperoni, peppers and onions, cheese, and I’m probably forgetting more. I had the homemade corned beef hash and eggs. Also delicious, also gigantic. Cooked perfectly. This was the only time in my life that i took leftovers home from breakfast or brunch. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would go again.

The food was very good, generous portions and the presentation was very appealing. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed a pleasant date night at Gee Gee’s! The service was personable and professional. The food was great — delicious polenta, fresh salads, unique gravy on the chicken marsala. Highly recommend stopping by! Their extensive hours make it really easy to find a time.

Italian and steak. Food prepared well. Somewhat of a limited menu though. I live two blocks from here and don’t cook so a much more diverse menu would be great. Such as hamburgers, sandwiches… etc. Prices are reasonable for menu items offered.
