Dunkin’ Donuts

The most extensive order that I will request at any DD is simply for coffee and a bagel. I can’t tolerate their rubber eggs, boring bacon or frozen donuts. So, a lot rests on their service, atmosphere, cleanliness, coffee, and their predictably disappointing product they call a bagel.
Coffee is normally fine at this location and they, like most DDs, are at the mercy of the regional factory bakery for their baked goods. Since their drive thru seems to suck the life from the employees, I have had to either wait quietly at an unattended register (I just wanted to see how long it would take for someone to notice me) or shout «Hello» towards the area where the drive thru is located. How’s the atmosphere you ask? Generally unkempt. Tables are dependably uncleaned and the floors can range from frighteningly dirty on one visit to reasonably clean on others.
At my most recent visit, I witnessed an employee cleaning the table tops with her bare hand and another employee sitting on (yes, «on») a table while chatting with 2 other employees. That’s where people put their food. I won’t be putting my food on their tables anymore.

Every time I go to this Dunkin my iced coffee is super watery even with asking for less ice. I don’t think their machines are calibrated right!

DD by the airport. Drive-​thru window is fast. Service and people are nice. Whenever in this area this is where we go.
