Vapen’ Ape

Great store, very friendly workers and a great selection of vaping products whether its ejuice, tanks batteries etc etc etc. always very patient and of course the great service of «try before you buy» for eliquid, which is such a plus because many flavors seem appealing but then you spend your $$ on a bottle of juice just to get home and it tastes like the juice was harvested directly from the bottom of a garbage bag from the local sushi store’s dumpster (NOT a knock on their inventory, everyone’s taste is different!!) oh and they even have a rewards system, as you spend money there you get points and can use them for things like a free bottle of ejuice. Overall i recommend anyone to stop by the vapen ape in Syosset, easily the best vape shop I’ve been to!

Great shop, always have a good selection of mods, rda’s, and great juices. Knowledgable staff who know there stuff.

This is by far my favorite spot for all my vape needs. The staff knows what they’re talking about and the shop has a really chill vibe. All vape shops are basically the same these days but Vapen’ Ape stands out from the rest.

This place truly saved my life, I was a pack a day smoker for almost 7 years and by the way my lungs were looking if I didn’t quit my doctor said I would get emphysema. I saw this vape store while driving through syosset and instantly went inside. I was greeted very nicely by Corey and Marissa, I told them my situation and how I needed to quit. They were like the ultimate tag team, Marissa explained the different nicotine levels and flavors she was very thorough and patient, while corey began to prepare different vapes for me to check out. After finding the perfect setup and flavor, I ended up hanging out there for an additional hour. The atmosphere, Great selection of products, and the staff Are the reason I’m here all the time. I’m honored to be able to call Corey and Marissa my friends and literally life savers. PS. This review isn’t Bias I have visited 6 different vape stores since my first experience at vape’n ape and I still haven’t found better customer service or a selection like Vape’n Ape’s

I’ve been going to this shop for a couple months now and I think it’s safe to say that Brad H and Alexa J have no idea what they’re talking about. Everything about this shop is excellent. From the atmosphere to the selection to the staff, they get an A+ in my book. I’ve been vaping for about 9 – 10 months now and I just started building. The staff there are extremely helpful and spend time with me teaching me how to build my own coils. As for the cleanliness, I’m not sure what they mean by «dirty», walk in and check it for yourself. The place is spotless, including, but not limited to, their world class bathrooms. And last but not least, let’s talk about the manager Marisa. I can’t even begin to tell you how much of a sweetheart this girl is. She’s extremely helpful with teaching me and always such a pleasure to talk to. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. And to question her vaping (I’m looking at you Alexa J)…it’s a vape shop… what do you expect? I think that Brad and Alexa should both give the shop another try. Definitely check them out!

When I went in for the first time I was an inexperienced ‘vaper’. The staff were all so helpful and kind, especially Marisa. She was patient with me and the employees were very friendly. The environment was clean and especially relaxed. I bought juice from them and she even let me try them to see how much I would like it before actually buying it. Can’t imagine going to another place !

My boyfriend came in today looking for a new tank, mainly because it was close to his job. He was directed to buy a very good yet expensive vape. The sales person then told him that it would be compatible with all mod boxes. He was wrong! It seemed like he was just trying to sell him the most expensive piece without helping him very much. He is new to vaping and feels like he was taken advantage of at this store. We recently found a vape place closer to our home and the sales person there actually felt sorry for him! These people clearly do not take the time to help customers who are new to vaping, and their knowledge of the products is disappointing. I’d give it less than a star if I could.

I have been to many vape shops and to sum it all up Vapen’ Ape is simply the Best. Keep up the good work I will strongly recommend to others, and I will be back soon.

I have tried the rest and this is the best in clean, selection, price and knowledge. It is not the closest for me but well worth the extra time. They have a huge selection of juices and many other products to choose from. I strongly recommend you to stop bye and see for yourself. I Will see you there. Came here with a friend to get a new vape since I heard it had just opened. The shop was clean and nicely decorated with several screens that told you about their products. They had a wide selection of juices to choose from and the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I also liked the sitting area they had which made the place really inviting. Overall, I was happy with my experience and will definitely be going back!

What a terrific stop! I am so glad they opened in Syosset. The store was extremely clean and they carry a bunch of really top shelf eLiquids. I would highly recommend trying the Drops Ahoy flavor.
