I wanted to like this company because the website has a great selection and good prices. But the service is pretty bad. The owner, Jake, seems to want to help but is always very rushed, almost panicked. He seems sincere but he missed one agreement after another. Said he would call, didn’t. Took a week to ship. Didn’t reply to a voice mail. Rarely replies to emails, even to an email that said, «I have not heard back from you. Is this order on its way?» Nothing. The website is a mess — it wouldn’t take my order(which is why I had to call). Contact Us form will only take 100 characters(!). I called again on Sept 30 and he said he shipped. Good news: He did. The order arrived, everything was correct, and the quality of the product is good. I hope Jake can fix the website and square away logistics. If he can get the business details in line, I think he’d have a happier customer experience.
