I was a walk in, With no appointment. I waited aprox 3 – 5 minute=s and a woman came out and took my insurance info and took care of business immediately. I had to get a blood test and there is nothing in this world i hate more than needles. The woman who took care of me was great, She was fast and painless. Not only that but she did it in one shot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this facility. Only negative was that there are many signs for quest Diagnostics all over the huge office complex, Unfortunately the door to quest is on the side of the building and is not labeled well. Took me longer to find the main entrance than to have the blood test!!!

Let me first say, the woman that works here is pretty awesome. She runs this whole office seemingly by herself and she does her best, considering the circumstances. But seriously, one person works here? No receptionist or anything. Just one woman doing the check-ins, paperwork and the blood work. It’s laughable considering how much this stuff costs. Bc there is no receptionist, and I’m assuming they don’t trust patients to sit in a waiting room by themselves, the woman has to meet and consult with the patients essentially in the waiting room(there is a small cubicle style wall dividing the area) for all to see. While waiting, I can hear everyone’s convo, problems, insurance info, bday and other private information. Frankly, I didn’t need to hear about the stool sample from the lady sitting next to me. FYI, the place is closed 12 – 1 for lunch. The door is physically locked(remember, one worker).

The bathroom is in the center of the waiting room and so is the consultation desk, no privacy. Also prepare to wait at least an hour as a walk in or appointment.
