I had a confirmed appointment for a technician to come to the house to fix a chip in the windshield. They said the tech would call in the am to confirm the time. No call so I called Arrow and they said I was in the system and he’d call me before coming out. At the end of the day, about 4pm I called again and they said he never showed for work and all his jobs were canceled. They said they left a voicemail in the am. i said I never received a voicemail and you confirmed with me at 2pm. If the appointment was rescheduled for next week why would you still show it as today? They had no answer. I canceled the appointment and went with another company.
