This place is awesome! The owner is very considerate of patrons and always discusses what needs to be done. He never just assumes and never adds extra charges or does things to the vehicle that aren’t necessary. The service is great and the workers are all polite!

Visiting from out of state. My Honda was making a scraping sound like a train going by at low speed. Pulled into Dillsboro Automotive and the owner took it for a spin, put it up on the rack, and pulled out a small piece of gravel that was lodged up in the wheel somewhere. Didn’t charge me anything. So helpful and honest. Spread the word!

Honest and fair! My subaru died on the job site after 250,000 miles. These guys recommended a tow service and tho it was a busy Friday, got us in. The fuse link was replaced quickly and the total bill was very reasonable. No overcharging for things that were unnecessary. We will probably make them our primary mechanic though we live 2 towns over. Nice, fast, honest and they got the job done correctly!
