Horrible. No communication skills. And a coward man behind the phone hung up on customer because he was to illiterate to understand the situation. They don’t seem to understand that their job is a simple towing service. They get a call. They tow. It’s not that difficult and they still can’t get it straight. They’ll mess your car up and blame you. Very very unprofessional.
Not even as a last resort.

Shady company beware! My wife left her lights on and of course she was unable to start her car. Jumper cables were in the trunk, so I hit the search for help nearby. Price they gave was $ 59.99 and under the circumstances I was willing to pay it. After he jumped started the car, we walk back to his truck and bam-​almost $ 300 ! I explained that was not what I was told on the phone. He said that the $ 200+ was for labor and an emergency call. We have roadside assistance now after that night.
