I have lived in the Sylmar area over 10 years now, always shopped at Payless Shoe store. A, because I like to give back to the community where I live, and B, they always offered me my 10% AAA discount. NOT today after over 10 years of shopping here, they said no and only because I bought BONGO shoes? What difference does that make? I have bought the same sandals for years there. Yes, I know its only 10% and my bill was only 30.00 its just the principal and I found the girl there who seemed to be the stores new manager very rude! There lost… If I have to travel to Valencia for better service I will! GET A CLUE GUYS, ***Customer Service is EVERYTHING!!! Trust me I am a store owner too!
