Hate to share bad news but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience as I did. I called N2 Signs & Supplies on January 2nd to have company shirts printed. Everything seemed fine. Arturo Vazquez told me that the shirts I wanted would be $ 7 each plus printing. I asked if I could bring my own shirts since I knew I could buy them from the T-Shirt store in Sunland for $ 4.00 each. He said that would be fine. On January 3rd I brought my shirts down to his house and explained how I wanted the shirts to look. He said no problem and the shirts would be done in a couple days(Which would have been January 5th). I told him not to rush and I would be happy to pick them up the following Monday. He said fine and would send me a prof. I was happy because not only will I be getting my shirts done but I used two local services. I called N2 Signs on Monday the 7th and was told their daughter needed to go to emergency care and if I could pick up the shirts the following day. I said no problem and I hope all is well with their daughter. January 8th. I go to pick up the shirts and they are completely wrong. The front logo was way too big and the wrong colors and the back logo was way too small. Arturo said«I thought this was what you wanted» I explained it wasn’t and he never sent me a Prof. He said he would redo the shirts and before he does he will send me a prof. I went back to my office and made a prof myself of the way I wanted my shirts and sent it to him. He responded with a new prof and I thought we were ready to go. Now I didn’t ask when they would be done because I wanted him to take his time and get it right. January 17. Called to check up on the shirts. No answer left VM. Sent email as well. January 18th. Called again with no answer. I sent an email because no one was answering their phone. I wanted to know when the shirts would be ready. January 19th. Received an email saying that the shirts will be done Monday 21st. Monday 21st. Called to see if I could pick up my shirts. No answer! Left a message. Called again around 4:30 pm and still no answer. Left a message. I kept calling throughout the week and leaving messages. I then sent an email saying that at this point they have 3 options to make this right since they have stopped communicating with me. 1. Replace the shirts I dropped off and I will go somewhere else. 2. Tell me when the shirts are done with a date and time for pick up. 3. Give my the $ 114.00 I spent on the shirts and I will go buy some more and start this all over again somewhere else. Final message: If I don’t hear from you or your company I will share the experience with Facebook and Unilocal. I then called a different number I found on their Facebook page and left another message. January 25th. I get a call from Arturo’s wife saying she knows nothing about my order and has been sick and now her husband is sick. She said she would look into it and call me in a couple days. Then ended the conversation with«I promise I will call you back» January 29th. Still no call from either one of them and when I call all I get is VM. Once again left a message. January 30th. Called again and no answer once again. Left VM. So here I am. No shirts, out $ 114.00 and really mad. P. S. I know they got my mail since they took themselves off the«Your Neighbors Use Us Page»
