The workers here have been nothing but nice to me:). Usually has good deals on oranges! I wouldn’t recommend this place for primary groceries shopping but definitely for small essential situations, for example, small cat food boxes are pretty cheap. zero carbs ice cream!
It’s called Ezquimal de Fresa.
So far the only place I can buy good cereal for $ 1.75 (ex. fiber one, honey nut)

I live in Pacoima and supporting small business is always on my to do list. I’ve wanted to check this place out for a while. It is well advertised. Occasionally the sale’s for the week is displayed on a 1 page ad, i also get their sales flyer by mail. I checked in with my husband as there was a sale on oranges 4lbs for 99cents. We got there late during the day, there was not much left. I know when it comes to such sales being an early bird is a must. That’s ok, i needed to stock up on other stuff. Unfortunately I didn’t most stuff were overpriced. The packaged chicken had an odd color. Really disappointing. Not going back.

Lakeview Terrace’s farm market has been around ever since I’ve been around and I’ve been here about 20 something years. You seriously only come in here if you’re desperate; like you really need a gallon of milk or pack of bread. Of course the prices are little bit pricier than most because it’s all based on convenience. It’s down the street from me and across the street from a whole bunch of apartments so if people really need something they can just run in real quick. It’s in a pretty sketchy looking plaza. There’s a liquor store, Fatburger, panda express, a barber shop, a hair salon (I actually go to that hair salon) and a laundry mat. I try to avoid Farm’s Market as much as possible but when I really do need something or my parents send me here that’s when you’ll find me here.

THIS PLACE SUCKS… if I could give it minus 10 stars I would do it. Right of the bat, this place SMELLS bad. Next, their advertised prices they have on the circulars match sometimes don’t match, and they NEVER honor it, or apologize for the misprint. I mean, how bout some common courtesy? (This has happened to me twice.) To add insult to injury, you need to make a minimum payment to use your debit card… SUCH BULL… especially in that the area that the market is in is VERY LOW INCOME… and unfortunately, the only market for quite some distance. I DESPISE THIS PLACE. OH, .AND FORGET TALKING TO MANAGEMENT, they are the owners (as if you can’t tell) and don’t care about you… ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE… SHAME ON YOU LAKEVIEW MARKET!!!
