This place is soooo delicious! Amazing pizza, huge slices, super cheesy! I placed an order this morning and told them I needed it for my sons school party at 11:00, it was delivered accurate and right on time! Their creamy dressing pairs extremely well with their pizza! Favorite pizza place in Sylmar ;)

Good service, Good Food. Not being familiar with their menu they were more than happy to explain what the dishes entailed as well as recommendations. The only con I could think of would be the fact that I asked to eat there but was still served the food in ‘to-​go’ containers. Being always on the move and not really ever being able to stay and eat while working I feel it would have been nice to eat out of real dishes. All in all I enjoyed the experience and would be back again if I was in the area. :-)

Pizza is good, wings are awesome! The meatball and chicken parm sandwich are my fave, but the pasta is disgusting.

Ordered tonight a baked lasagna… it arrived 2“x3″ square. $ 7.99. Feeling very ripped off.

Guido’s is the place for a quick dinner. Carry-​out orders are done rather quickly and the pizza is flavorful and delicious.

My number one spot for Pasta and Pizza! Delicious home made Italian food and the people are always super friendly. I’ve been coming here for years to pick up family meals. Definitely a staple in our families lunch/​dinner options.

Pizza quality is good, pricing is reasonable. Call ahead, so that you can run in and out. They share parking with other vendors, and it is tight.

Everyone’s so friendly and the pizza tastes great. Good stuff. I asked for 3 slices I got 6. Usually the small comes 8 small pieces but I asked for 3 because I didn’t know and well I got 6 big slices for the same price. I think they heard me in the back change my mind so they gave more. Came out n greeted me with a smile like– «we got you». Very kind people! Love it.

I love there pizza. We always order from them but lately there fettuccine alfredo is lacking flavor and the sauce is way to thick. But overall we love this place.

I used to be in love with this place because it was a family owned restaurant and the man that owned it would treat me like one of his own. He would recommend things and give me things on the house. And on top of that he is the sweetest man ever.
Now, I don’t think that he is the owner anymore. It makes me sad because the service isn’t great. I felt like he really cared for his restaurant and customer, but now everyone responds like its there day job and they hate being there. There’s no enthusiasm anymore.
As side from that, the food is pretty good I mean it’s close to my house also pretty cheap and its not fast food. They take a while to prepare you’re food like any other restaurant. But when you walk in it seems like any other pizza joint. I’ve had several things here and nothing really pops out to me. I’d say give it a try if you’re craving Italian and don’t want to spend too much money.
The pizza is by far the best out of everything. It is definitely better than Pizza Hut, Little Ceasars, Dominos. But it takes a lot longer for the pizza to be ready.

Great pasta. Got the baked ziti. Lots of cheese. Only gave 4 stars because there isn’t much seating which was a bummer. Their house salad was delicious.

Best customer service yet which is really hard to find nowadays. But unfortunately the pizza wasnt very good. The bread /​crust was eh, the cheese was not good at all. :-/​Giving them 4 stars and have considered ordering here again ONLY because of their customer service. Sylmar is extremely limited when it comes to good food especially pizza delivery. I’d order little caesars if they delivered. Its definitely way better than dominos and pizza hut though.

Ok, fried eggplant on the veggie pizza? Homemade ranch dressing sauce? Shut up and take my money! We order from here every time we have friends over (they’re probably getting sick of us only feeding them pizza), and we order from here every time we have a busy weekend to reward ourselves. Oh, we had to do housework on Saturday? Looks like we’ve earned ourselves an order from Guido’s! Our friends came over to help us move and fix some things up? Guess what everyone gets for dinner?!
The delivery folks are always super sweet, as well as the employees working the phone orders. The only thing I could possibly say anything negative about are the garlic bread sticks. We only ordered them once, and the garlic was burned to a crisp, and the bread was stale and hardened. But, I literally love this place so much I’m willing to still give 5 solid stars because that homemade ranch sauce alone is worth my heart.
Looking forward to next weekend when we’ll probably be too tired from housework to cook again! Mmmmhhh eggplant pizza…

I went here for a cheese pizza. the pizza was suuuuuper oily. i was able to see my own reflection in it. As i lifted the slice to bite, the cheese slid off slightly. Service was whatever, never coming here again. Rather get my pizza from a prison before this place.

Good pizza, pasta, and Antipasto Salad.
They always get the delivery order correct too. The Antipasto would be better if the strips of meat were cut smaller and their House Dressing is a big too thick and garlicky for my taste. They have a great oil and vinegar dressing though.

After having ordered take-​out in person and the food was ok, I decided to call them up for delivery one night.
Girl who answered the phone asked me to repeat myself multiple times for basic stuff. How you «forget» someone’s name after you just asked them 30 seconds ago is pretty ridiculous.
Tone of her voice was kind of passive aggressive and got the feeling she was doing it on purpose to try to frustrate me, you can just tell with some retail people. I worked in the food industry before and eat out often so I know the difference between a worker who is a trainee that is genuinely trying and a regular employee just trying to press your buttons.
That said, if you want to play games with customers on the phone, you shall soon hear the dial tone.
With no other choices for small business/​restaurant delivery being open past 8:30 pm I reluctantly called Domino’s in Sylmar.
The girl on the phone there got my entire order, address, and credit card number in 2 minutes and 13 seconds, with no requests for me to repeat myself, was not rude at all, and to show how busy they were the phone rang on my end for about 20 seconds before they even answered it.
You can just tell when people are doing their job and trying to help others and when they aren’t!

I just moved to Sylmar a few months ago and this is now my go to pizza place! The staff has always been very friendly to me, they always deliver my order quickly and neatly. The pizza tastes pretty good, it’s a great price, and the cheesy garlic bread is delicious! I really enjoy this places customer service as well as the food! Just ordered the wings now to try
The only thing I’d say they could improve on is different options on the wing sauce and different pizza options. All in all I recommend this place
