Used for debris removal, several tons left over from moving dirt and construction of a large shed and deck in the backyard, also involving having to walk the stuff out narrow areas (my outdoor floor plan is stupid thanks to the genius of the original builder, access to the backyard is literally a 30″ wide space).
Scott the owner was friendly and professional and kept to his agreements as to appointments, prices, scope of work and responsibility. His bid was the middle of three bids but he had liability and workman’s comp insurance (one of the other bidders had no insurance, the other only had workman’s comp).
A little clay pot got broken by accident (I should have moved it before the work started to be honest). Scott offered to buy me one and deliver it to me, I declined since I’m changing my landscape up and don’t even need it, but I thought it was very nice that a) I only found out because HE called it to my attention and b) he was instantly willing to go to the store over a $ 2.49 clay pot just so I’m not inconvenienced.
