Michael Runk Plumbing and Heating

Started off very very well!!! The phone service was great!!! The on call personnel seemed to know what he was talking about. Job was pretty simple, move a well tank and filters. Job was completed and asked about well tank. Had a recent pressure loss and explained what the on call person told me. Was then told that was wrong. Then I was told that pressure tank was not working correctly but I should not worry because the water system still worked. Was informed that even though it’s not operating correctly there doesn’t appear to be a problem??? How does that work??? Was also told, too bad, the plumber was off now and he’d have to fix it later. Had to step away after that and pay them to leave. Now I must find someone else to finish the job. So disappointed with what started off as a great experience. I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
