Amazing service, very professional. Called Chris at 8:45 AM, he was at my house within half an hour, troubleshot my water heater and explained why it would be better to replace it. New water heater installed before noon. Very impressed with how quickly he did everything.

Chris was extremely helpful. He called in advance to let me know he was coming. He fixed the clog in my sink quickly. The receptionist told me it was $ 150 if he had to use the power rod. Chris did have to use the power rod but he also had to fix the pvc pipes so they wouldn’t leak and patch a leak in the main line in the basement. He did all this while conscious of the time, staying under 1 hour so as not to have charge for more than one hour. Also he only charged for the power rodding — $ 150 even. He was also very kid and pet friendly, which means a lot to me. I confidently recommend Chris. We plan to use him when it comes time to replace the rest of our pipes.
