Economy Inn

The location is right off the exit and a good value for the price. The room was clean and the clerk was accommodating. She gave us a downstairs room since we were clearly exhausted without asking and was friendly. The motel was safe and pretty comfortable and decently price. They also had free wifi and new TV’s which I was not expecting. It was also convenient to have McDonald’s and multiple gas stations right next to it so we were able to get going quickly in the morning.

I spent the night here in room 204 on July 2. The trip advisor website showed a photo of the main office here with a banner over it indicating the price for a night was $ 39.95 per night for 2 people and one bed. I am a single person and they charged me $ 55 plus tax for one night. The room smelled like curry. The light switch in the bathroom was defective. The toilet seat is the wrong size. The smoke detector was laying on the TV stand with no battery instead of installed on the ceiling. The bedside lamp is all wobbly. The water pressure is low. The bathroom shower must be for midgets. The shower head was installed 6 inches below the fiberglass enclosure instead of 6 inches above the shower enclosure. The bathroom sink had no stopper. The «free WiFi «is VERY slow. The bed pillows are cheap with minimal filling.
