Do not stay here. To say it has roofing issues is an understatement. I’m staying on he top floor and the roof started leaking! They are at capacity and decided a room comp made more sense than getting me to another hotel. Storm knocks out satellite tv so I go down to the lobby. It’s leaking, no basically raining, in the lobby!!! The water is primarily coming out of light fixtures. Trying to make the best of it and sit a table with an outlet to charge ny phone. There is a black dust/soot like substance free falling from the ceiling. Really?! No one here has decided to call corporate at this point.

Very nice Hampton Inn with excellent service and an exceptional complimentary breakfast. I have stated at many Hampton Inns but this one in particular really had the best breakfast options I’ve ever seen. For example, not only did they have a waffle maker which is standard but they had a bunch of toppings such as Oreos and chocolate chips to tip your waffle. The room was very clean and I had a pleasant stay while in Bridgeport

Bad customer service, i got there on Thursday after 4 days and already pay $ 585, they said i have to leave because they need the room for someone else and they don’t have another room available for me; they didn’t give me a notice the day before that they need the room the next day and they were very arrogant; i will not recommend anyone to go there.

Absolutely love the customer service and hospitality. Staff is very polite and willing to assist you if you have trouble carrying your luggage or have questions. During breakfast time staff makes sure you are comfortable and greets you with a friendly good morning. I wouldn’t mind coming back again. Thank you for the hospitality again.

Beds are hard. New carpet but the doors were not shaved so you had to work hard to open and close the door. Holes in the ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. General Manager was rude. She told me I should be happy because my rate was low. First time I’ve heard customer service was based on your rate. She told me I better not check out or she’d charge me. So much for the Hampton Inn 100% guarantee.
