Went there today for late lunch. Had their vegetable soup(which was delicious) and turkey/bacon panini. I hadn’t realized it’s been opened for a little over a year. Would highly recommend. I agree with the other reviewer — this is a much better place than the one down the street. I intend to go back again.

A-OK. Like any typical diner. Quality may be a smidge higher than the town’s 24-hour diner just down the street, but otherwise still very typical diner quality fare. I’ve had Eggs Benedict here once and the sauce was a little off. Omelettes are good. Once got a panini that was a bit embarrassing, it seemed like it was barely pressed on the grill… not a hard task. The accompanying tomato soup was good, though. Just your average diner experience.

Quick update! My visits have transformed from eat-in breakfasts to take-out lunches. While their pancakes are delicious, the real winner here is the turkey salad and bacon club. It usually comes with a cup of soup(hit or miss) with your to-go order, and the price is on-point for the quality. I rarely can find exceptional turkey salad in South Jersey, so this place makes me happy each time I stop in… which is pretty often since it’s in the perfect spot along my drive to stay with family after work. This is the diner you should visit in Swedesboro. It’s much better than the area’s namesake diner down the street and the food is reliably good.

— CLEANLINESS: Table, Menu, Area were all cleaned and wiped down. — WAITINGSTAFF: Friendly and accommodating. — COMFORT: Booths were comfortable for 2 people. 4 people would be crammed. Especially in the winter when Coates most likely rest on the seat as well. — ENVIRONMENT: Keep your tie in the drawer, it’s a diner feel of course . — PARKING: Plenty, it is in a strip mall. — HEALTHYOPTIONS: Menu had some healthy options. — VEGETARIANOPTIONS: Menu also had vegetarian options. NOTABLE: Vegetarians will be happy to hear, It was explained to me that they cook bacon and meat on separate grill. This is to avoid pcs of meat on the grill getting into your vegetarian dish. Overall, I think I have found a nice little diner that I plan on revisiting whenever Im in the area. DATE/TIME of visit: Dec 5 Sat 10:30am

Eat breakfast here quite often. Service is always great, and so is the food… clean, nice environment, not sure why Swedesboro Diner gets more attention, definitely worth a visit.

Went there last night with my husband we just wanted a quick burger, the diner was not at all busy for a Friday night, we were seated at a table that had not been wiped down, needed to ask to have it wiped. Not a good start. We order cheese burgers with fried onion that came with soup. We both tried the soup the waitress said was the best. Creamy Crab, it was awful, the worst I ever had. I had water with lemon, barely gave me a lemon slice. When the burgers came out they were very disappointing mine had two bottoms of the bun, my husbands had two tops! Really? The burgers were not good, I didn’t even eat mine. And the only thing that was okay were the fries!!! Won’t go back there again!!!

We went for dinner. I got the prime rib. It was not good at all. The highlight of the entire dinner meal for everyone was the French fries. Everyone else said their meal was ok but no one finished their meal. There are better options for dinner in town. On a he bright side service was fine and friendly.

We went in for a light and casual dinner. We were greeted by two smiling wait staffers, seated immediately and enjoyed delicious meals that came with free soup. Really loved our friendly and attentive waitress.

Excellent diner so much better then the Swedesboro Diner down the street. Clean, excellent service and an owner that checks to make sure every thing is good. You need something special just ask. The food is great and large amount and priced right. Try the fried shoelace onions or potatoes, good beyond belief…

Very nice intimate atmosphere. Owner stopped by to see how all was. Very sincere! Homemade dinner rolls were incredible. Nice alternative to the Swedesboro diner which is great too!
