I highly recommend 1−800-Pack-Rat, they were so extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I called and received a quote, was able to negotiate a better rate when I shared what a competitor had quoted me (this I really appreciated). They were able to drop off the unit 3 days later. After it was filled and picked up in Texas they delivered it to New Jersey 12 days later. I received many phone calls to confirm deliver and pick up times and locations, 1−800-Pack-Rat has excellent customer service. I was charged a little bit too much over what I was quoted and they had the problem fixed within hrs. I can’t say enough good things about 1−800-Pack-Rat!

Beware! Driver who dropped off and picked up my storage unit called me from the company phone, blocked the number, and proceeded to tell me all kinds of creepy, perverted grody things. Called the police who traced the call. The driver was called to the police station, confessed and was cited… yet is still employed. Owner of the franchise refused to return my calls. Hide yo kids, hide yo wife…
But seriously… don’t use these folks! Creepy++++
