I came here on a Sunday afternoon for the first time, staying in the area for a weekend. I’ve been to many ice skating rinks around the Northeast, and found this place a pitiful excuse for a rink. I got on the ice just 2 minutes after the zamboni was finished cleaning the ice, and it was already so chopped up and hard — it was clear the zamboni didn’t do a good job and that the ice wasn’t well-maintained. In addition, the place looked like a bunch of wood beams nailed together — I’m surprised this place has survived the NH winters. Yes, it was cheap with $ 5 /admission and $ 5 /rentals but I don’t think I’ll go again. I’ll wait for the new rink to open in Keene before going to skate in NH again.
