As I said earlier, the actual rental was easy online. I went to pick up the supplies I ordered with the rental, and they were waiting for me in a pile when I got there. Very pleasant staff.
We picked up the vehicle without any issues. They had put a few furniture protectors and such in the van, because it was raining, and let us know that if we didn’t use them we wouldn’t be charged.
My dad and boyfriend were doing the driving, so they came with me and they made a copy of my dad’s driver’s license.
I had rented it until 5pm, but as 5pm was approaching I called to ask if it would be okay to return it a little late. No problem.
We returned it around 7pm, no hassle at all.
