I have known Mr. DON Callihan and almost all of the employees at Swansea Hardware for at least 20 years and absolutely all of them are Exceptionally knowledged in their area of expertise (and then some)! The customer service is unsurpassed in Professionalism, and Courtesy. No sooner than you walk in you’re greeted (by George, Sam, or Timmy) all of whom you’re bound to just «love» because of their personality. They all take their jobs very personal and will go out of their way to attend your needs. Even if you need a special order, Done! They really spare no expense in making sure you have everything needed for the project you’re working on!
