I walk in… I want shoes. The good news is they have shoes. So I bought shoes. Ok there is not much to tell but I walked away happy.

Not good customer service at all, they closed 15minutes before their closing sign, which is supposed to be 9pm. The man working instead of asking if we needed help stood there and watched me as if I was a criminal. Not happy with my shopping experience at all

I would like to start by saying that the poor girl that was working here was by herself. I truly felt bad for her as there was this one pain in the butt that was monopolizing her time, when the rest of us had no choice but to interrupt to be waited on. However I went in with two pictures of shoes that the website told me was at this location, only to find out by the woman whose time was being monopolized by a nut job that they didn’t have them at this store. However, she went straight to the computer to find out where the nearest pairs of both shoes were and was incredibly nice about it. I will likely buy the shoes online, but from here on in won’t go out of my way to go to this store again. Prices by the way were pretty decent!
