Horrible customer service, no more pick ups then I refuse to us UPS. Horrible confusing web site that doesn’t help. I call to get clarification and I can’t even understand them on the phone, horrible experience from now on FEDEX only.

Been using these guys off and on for years now. I used to have a private mailbox with them, but I don’t have that need anymore.
It’s much easier to bring them my oversized UPS boxes for delivery then to drive to the Lynnfield UPS branch.
I like the way this place is run because I’m never in here for more than a few minutes at a time.
