Your Extra Attic

With 4 kids in their 20s, we do a lot of moving, so when a truck rental place is extra clean and nice, we notice. I rented the truck on Sunday morning and it was ready when I arrived. The man at the desk was very nice and the facility (Your Extra Attic) was extremely clean and inviting. The truck was in great shape and got pretty good gas mileage, plus it was Sunday and the rental is cheaper! Return was quick and painless, I just handed him the keys and was on my way. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to rent a U-​Haul truck.

Both of them are absolutely delightful, and everything about their self storage facility is excellent. The units are clean and well-​aired, the customer service top-​notch, the prices are on target (I’d prefer lower prices, but I’d pay theirs every time just to have such an amazing experience).
I moved from FL to GA in February, and had to get a storage unit for my household items until I found a new home. Mack answered the phone when I called to find out prices and policies, and not only was he knowledgeable about those items (you’d be surprised how many folks stumble around giving out the info at other facilities), he was also helpful about other things I needed to tick off my to-​do list.
When I arrived later that afternoon with my UHaul, they got me set up with a storage unit. Both were in the office — and watching them interact was just as pleasant as listening to my favorite music on the drive; they laugh and joke and bring a smile to every face. I also got information for a few other things, and then turned in my UHaul to them. Easy peasy.
I fully intended to write this review long ago, but have been living in limbo while house hunting, so life has been a little … busy. :)
Yesterday, I went back to rent a Uhaul to move my stuff OUT of storage. Once again, everything ran extremely smoothly, and I was met with all smiles and light chatter.
