I have to tell you about my excellent experience with Suwanee Towne Florist this week. I ordered some flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. I wanted them to arrive after Mother’s Day because my mom was out of town on the actual day. Well, the flowers did not arrive on the day I thought I had specified, even after the shop called me to confirm the dates. Turns out, yours truly had completely botched the dates! Suwanee Towne Florist offered to send the flowers out early and they arrived yesterday, a full 5 days early. I can’t thank them enough for coming to the rescue, going above and beyond, and not making this daughter feel like an idiot for messing up her flower order.
I will be using Suwanee Towne Florist again for sure!

I live in San Francisco and I ordered some flowers over the phone for my mom for her birthday. I’ve ordered from several local florists over the years and Suwanee Towne by far delivered the greatest results. I gave my budget and a pretty vague description of what I was looking for and I was really amazed with the results. The flowers were super fresh and the arrangement was very unique and gorgeous. My mom was bowled over and absolutely thrilled by the fragrance of the bouquet. I’m so happy to have finally found a great florist in the Buford/​Sugar Hill/​Suwanee area!

Always happy with the beautiful flowers my husband gets me! the roses are just beautiful and big. They live at least 2weeks or longer. I have never seen such beautiful colors most of the time you’ll find red, yellow, white but the ones from here are always different. The last rose my husband got me was a pale green with hot pink tips! I definitely recommend this place based on what I’ve seen and heard.

Many of the arrangements that arrived at my mother’s funeral service were from this florist. Each one was gorgeous, well put together and long lasting. Each one was also different and unique. I was very pleased and will use them myself in the future.

The olé’ Bait & Switch Trick ay!
So I ordered flowers for my girlfriend; and I specifically asked for mixed roses and daisies. After they were delivered, my girlfriend calls to thank me; and I asked for her to send me a pic of he flowers. What she sent me were flowers I would have sent to my grandmother. NO roses period and what appeared to be TWO unopened daisies. The rest were filler greens, unrecognized flowers and a lot of hydrangea.
I called to complain and with a slight offensive voice they, in their defense, offered to re-​deilver, BUT only if they could have the old arrangement back. REALLY! Just get it right the first time please. Oh, and I am still waiting on my refund that YOU promised.

Watch out for Substitutions. Ordered an arrangement of Daisies and Roses. What arrived was Carnations and an unidentifiable flower. Called and they felt justified as they said these were comparable. To make matters worse, I could have actually saved money using Telefloral and had it delivered by Suwanee Towne florist… who sets their prices so it is $ 10 more after shipping to go directly through them. Took the flowers back.
I was dissapointed… and so was my wife.

NOT HAPPY. Found them here on Unilocal,called them for flowers for a funeral. Had a nice conversation and fully expected to see a nice arrangement. I arrived, but the flowers did not. Called them from the funeral home and they insisted that their drive delivered the flowers (but they couldn’t read the signature?), although I was standing at the memorial service myself… there was only one service and the staff at the funeral home double checked — no flowers. Needless to say, I refused to pay. They really didn’t seem to «get it» on the phone, but later sent a card apologizing and offering to send complimentary flowers to the family. Decent enough offer, but too little too late. When a person orders flowers for a funeral, the flowers need to show up at the funeral home before the service. Not too much to ask, I think. :(

They came through for me when I needed a last minute flower arrangement for my anniversary. They created something nice for my budget and had it delivered within hours (and minutes after they closed). When they couldn’t get ahold of my wife, they called me up to ask me what I wanted them to do. Very good service.
