Upon first look at the company website, this place seemed like the perfect fit for us. We needed a mid-day dog walker during the week while away at work. The service area provided on the website included Duluth, where we live(*we since suggested to the owner that she update her website to say 7 miles, which it did not previously state). With high excitement upon finding a great place to take care of our dog, we emailed the company. We were then told they only service 7 miles surrounding their location. We are 8 miles away from Suwanee Town Center and were told we are too far for their service. To me this is shows no consideration for bringing in new business and a poor business model. I can’t fathom that a mile is such an extreme as to turn away new clientele.

Where to begin… I just tried Spoiled Paws for the first time and WOW, I can’t say enough good things. I went out of town for 3 nights and left my two adopted dogs and house in the care of Brianna. I requested that she visit my dogs 1 to 4 times per day dependent on the time I left and the time I was due to arrive. It would appear she visited them as requested and took extra steps. First, she wrote little daily diaries which A) let me know that she was there like she was supposed to be and B) it let me know how my dogs were doing too. Of course I called once while I was away, but this helped me see what happened while I was away. I wasn’t expecting it; so it was a nice surprise when I got home. Secondly, she put metal tags on both of their collars so if by some odd chance they got loose from her, someone would know to call Spoiled Paws in addition to me. How very smart! Brianna brought my mail in, adjusted my blinds, and left the stereo on everyday. She even washed my dogs’ food dishes. Not to mention Brianna seems very sweet herself and has show dogs as well. She seems to really be an animal lover, at least when it comes to dogs. ;-) It worked out to be $ 21 per visit(for two dogs), so a 3-night trip like I took cost me about $ 230; but I can’t imagine leaving my two pups in the kennel and it’s difficult to find a place that will keep a Bully. In home really works out best for me and gives me, as I’m sure my dogs, piece of mind when they get to stay in their own home and be together, etc. Brianna also works to ensure she has all the important information she needs or may need before you go; i.e., feeding instructions, keys, codes, and emergency plans, etc. And while she may not answer the phone when you call the first time, she will return your calls. I couldn’t be more pleased so far with Spoiled Paws and look to use them again in the future.
