They kept trying to up sell and make me get acrylic when I just wanted a simple color change. She didn’t look happy about it. Terrible customer service.

These ladies do a great job with nails at a fair price. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for my service to begin. The salon is also clean. Nice alternative to higher priced salons.

I walked in this place and it was rather busy. I was told to pick out a nail color and go sit in a chair for my manicure. I noticed two women were ahead of me. I didn’t mind because I had some studying to do. But after close to half an hour later, I was still sitting there and no one had even been by to say «hey someone will be with you shortly.» Nothing. So I looked up from my study stuff and happened to see a new client two seats away from me that was being started on her manicure. So you mean to tell me you’re going to service a customer that got there after your other customer has been waiting almost half an hour? Totally unacceptable. I got my stuff and left. They will not ever get my business. What’s funny is one woman walked by me about five times and she never even cracked a smile. But when I got up to leave she finally said oh sorry for your wait. She may as well have saved her breath. POOR SERVICE = I will not be back.

Great people and service! My mom and I have been coming here for the past 2 – 3 years and they never fail to treat us well and give us quality nail/​waxing service :) basic pedicure is around $ 19,
Eyebrow waxing is $ 8 and gel nails are around $ 26.

I love this place. They are simply the best. Everyone is very friendly and the service was excellent. They even have kids friendly price on pedicure and manicure. They treat you like family. I would definitely recommend everyone to this place.

Ever since my first mani-​pedi here, wife and I have had pedi’s once a month. Yesterday was the BEST! The original salon was sold about 14 months ago, and there was a grey period due to personnel turnover, deteriorating chairs, and lack of warmth. Two months ago, we came in to a mostly-​new staff, rearranged and upgraded furnishings, and (most important) really thorough and caring operators. Now I can wear my Birks without fear!
