Been shopping here for 10 years. Seen lots of managers go through here. Expired products are a big problem. Staff is inconsistent. Some are friendly, but far more are lacking service skills. Produce department lacks the freshness and quality I grew up on in Florida. Management leaves much to be desired since even they will walk past you without a greeting or something similar. I drive a couple extra miles when I can for better selection of brands, fresh product and friendlier staff. However, since it’s closer, sometimes I must shop there and do not care for the experiences when I do.

I have been a regular of Publix for years — childhood to now. Suwanee Publix does not disappoint with friendly helpful staff, and good produce. Have been frequenting here for the last three years and will continue good job!
