This is to warn everyone to stay away from this company!
When you talk to Public Storage over the phone they purposely don’t tell you that you have to buy insurance. They don’t tell you that you have to buy the $ 20 lock. And when you get there they tell you to swipe your card first so you pay first then sign the contract and then when you go to sign the contract it does not say that you can cancel at any time and that you don’t have a contract for a specific amount of time. Neither the employee nor his manager could tell me where on the contract it says that I can cancel at any time. This is a very shady company and I would not suggest anyone to trust them with your belongings. Although the company is very shady the employee that was helping me was very helpful and he was a really nice guy so this is not on his service but rather than the companies ethics and the way they do business and how they train their employees.

Kim helped me wonderfully in choosing the right storage. My belongings were coming in a 18 wheeler truck and I was not sure if it could access the unit. Kim was kind and flexible making me feel comfortable about my decision. Everything went fine, and I now appreciate it!
