In reading the reviews(ones unseen) I thought the school looks good, minus that 1 bad review. So I took a shot and called for some information regarding admission. I then encountered Brittany(who stated she is the Director) which was very stand offish, unclear in communication, and aggressive. She thought holding admission information would prompt me to attend a tour due to her lack of hospitality and professionalism. I am not sure if this is the policy Alex and Kate have set, but as a business owner, I know how important transparency and communication is to my clients who invest in our business. I hope for the future, the Director and Franchisees work on a policy to provide transparency and open dialog with potential and existing clients. Holding any admission information is not the best way to promote your business or entice clients. I think the lack of professionalism, transparency, and unfriendly behavior is a turn off from moving forward with a tour or placing my children in Primrose’s care. Thanks Brittany for your lack of professionalism and unfriendly behavior. Hopefully anyone calling in the future for admission information will have a better experience. PS tours are not convenient for families relocating, hence the call for admission information.

Super concerned with honesty of administration in particular. Would not recommend— very shady!

We have been using this location for our daughter for nearly a decade without one incident or issue. Ownership is responsive and does more than the minimum for your kids. As this is a national organization, the policies and procedures in place are backed by governance and oversight from a corporate entity. This is not the case with many«one off» or local day care and after school service providers. The policies and procedures in place are in compliance with all laws and I have confidence they will extend their capabilities as needed to fill any gaps that are identified.
